<p>The Review/Exam is an in-person event in Richmond, VA. Those registered/paid for the review/exam will receive a study guide and practice exam (via email) for completion prior to the morning review. During the review, AJ Johnson (instructor) will go through the practice exam. Following the review, you will have a brief break before the start of the exam.<br><br>On-site check-in for the review/exam is from 10:30a.m. -11:00; the review begins at 11:00a.m. followed by a break and the HCCP exam which is timed and taken in-person in Richmond (venue TBD). NOTE: The on-line HCCP exam is not offered by the Mid-Atlantic AHMA; for details or to purchase the online HCCP exam, please visit <a href="../../training.php?tid=hccp&amp;type=hccp">here</a>.<br><br>If taking the SHCM, you will be provided with a SHCM voucher and will be responsible for arranging a mutually agreeable date/time/location to take the exam with a NAHMA-approved proctor.<br><br><strong>A battery-operated calculator is required (cell phone calculators and financial calculators are NOT permitted when taking either exam). </strong><br><br>Taking/passing the HCCP exam is just one requirement for the HCCP designation; please familiarize yourself with the full requirements (including a training requirement, work experience, application/application fee, etc.) on the <a href="https://www.nahb.org/education-and-events/education/designations/housing-credit-certified-professional-hccp/how-to-earn-your-hccp">NAHB website</a>.<br><br><br><strong>NOTE: You may register/pay separately for the Intermediate LIHTC (December 9) and Advance LIHTC (December 10) webinar events which cover all testable areas of both exams.</strong></p>
